Warranty and Repair
From time to time products will require servicing or repair. Our highly experienced in-house service centre provides our customers with first class technical support. All of our technical support team have received first hand training from our brands. In the first instance of any warranty claim please contact us to find out the best course of action. We (“Anatom”) offer to the original owner ("Owner"), under intended use and maintenance, a warranty that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the Product.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by use for purposes inconsistent with the Product’s intended purpose or design, improper care, accidents, prolonged UV exposure, normal wear and tear, including the natural breakdown of certain materials over long periods of time, abrasion, misuse, alteration, abuse, taking apart of the product, or improper washing and drying, or failure to follow Product instructions or warnings.

In the event of a warranty claim, the Owner is responsible for all costs associated with returning the Product to Anatom. In instances where Anatom deems a returned Product ineligible for warranty service, Anatom will, if repair is possible, repair the Product for a reasonable charge that includes return postage and handling. A returned Product deemed irreparable becomes the property of Anatom and will not be returned
We at Anatom Footwear take pride in offering the highest-quality outdoor gear available, and we stand behind everything we make. If you experience any problems with an Anatom Footwear product (“the Product(s)”), the information below will help you with getting it repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.
Damaged Products can be repaired. We ask that you clean Products before sending them for repair.
In order to keep our Products in use and out of the landfills, Anatom Footwear offers a repair service. If you cannot repair your Product, please send it to the Anatom Footwear Service Centre. If repair is possible, we will repair non-warranty damage at a fair rate. Please contact us for more information. Limitation of Remedies and Liability
Should a court of competent jurisdiction find the limited warranty set forth above breached, Anatom’s only obligation will be to, at its option, either repair or replace Product. Should the aforementioned remedy fail of its essential purpose, Anatom will, in exchange for return of the Product, refund to Owner the Product’s original purchase price. This is the sole and exclusive remedy of the Owner against Anatom. Anatom will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from any other reason. This exclusion applies to all legal theories under which damages may be sought. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply. Shipping charges to Anatom for a defective Product are not covered.
